Why is upside-down good news?

  • The opposite of yours fears is true.
  • The rich and powerful don’t get away with it.
  • When things fall apart, that isn’t the end.
  • Death is really something else all together.
  • You don’t get to the goal by “so much winning” but by being at a loss.
  • “Who am I?” isn’t answered by how good you are at whatever they care about.
  • Mistakes and bad decisions do not define you.
  • “So your hopes are upside-down too, and they won’t be realized?” Nah. Just when you think you see the pattern, it doesn’t hold. Hope Never Disappoints. It’s not of this world.
  • “So Good wins — blah, blah, blah. That isn’t reality.” Exactly. It’s going to be flipped upside down and inside out. You and your “reality.”
  • “So I’ve tried that MO, and I still failed, and it didn’t last. So, it can’t be true.” Ha! You and your “so.” It’s upside-down. None of those straight lines follow.

There is only one center that holds and helps your blurry eyes focus: the lamb.
